Orders are shipped within 24 – 48 hours of order placement Monday – Friday. Once Shipped, orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days for regular ground shipping and 1 to 3 days for priority shipping. No shipments are made on weekends, holidays, during the occurrence of a natural disaster.

Any incorrect information including but not limited to billing and shipping information, grants Infinitely Hers the right to decline an order and issue a refund.

In the event that you have not received your shipment as a result of being lost in transit please call us immediately. We will contact our carrier right away and initiate a trace and investigation for your package. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending the investigation of the situation.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective, the product can ONLY be exchanged. Products must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value, where the customer will be responsible for any additional costs. 
Absolutely no refunds will be permitted. In order to process an exchange the unwanted product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we will not be held responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.

It is important to note that exchanges will only be granted based on the following conditions: Requests must be made within 5 business days of the receipt of product(s). 
Any exchange request after 5 business days will not be honored. Merchandise must also be in the exact condition as when delivered.

According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes unraveling or removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.

Please also note that virgin hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning process. Therefore a simple care regimen can often remedy any product issues or concerns.
